Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Fusaior API platform at fusaior.com ("the Service") provided by Fusaior ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
We provide a unified API gateway that forwards your requests to third-party model providers (large language models and multimodal models) under a single OpenAI-compatible interface, with metering and prepaid billing.
2. Accounts
- You must provide a valid email address and keep your credentials secure
- You are responsible for all activity under your account and API keys
- You must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a legal guardian
- One person or organization may maintain one account; duplicate accounts may be closed
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose, or to generate content that infringes rights, is defamatory, or is harmful
- Attempt to circumvent rate limits, access controls, or metering
- Resell the Service without written authorization
- Probe, scan, or attack the Service or its infrastructure
- Use the Service to build products that directly compete with the Service without authorization
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, with or without notice depending on severity.
4. Fees and Billing
- The Service is prepaid: you top up your balance, and usage is deducted per request at the published rates
- You pay in USD; your balance is maintained in CNY at the displayed conversion rate
- Payments are processed by Waffo, our merchant of record
- Rates may change with notice on the pricing page; changes do not affect your existing balance

5. Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Service may be briefly unavailable for maintenance. Upstream model providers may occasionally fail or be deprecated; we will substitute reasonable alternatives where possible but are not liable for upstream outages.
6. Intellectual Property
- You retain all rights to your input and output content
- We claim no ownership over your data
- The Service name, platform, and documentation remain our property
7. Disclaimer
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. MODEL OUTPUT MAY BE INACCURATE — YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR REVIEWING AND VALIDATING OUTPUT BEFORE RELYING ON IT.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from or related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid to us in the three (3) months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits or data.
9. Termination
- You may close your account at any time; unused balances are handled per the Refund Policy
- We may suspend or terminate accounts for Terms violations, fraud, or abuse
- Sections 7, 8, and 10 survive termination
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the operator's jurisdiction of incorporation, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer-protection rights you have under the law of your country of residence.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced on the Service at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
