Fusaior ("we", "us", or "our") operates https://fusaior.com, an AI API gateway service that provides unified access to third-party AI models (including OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini, and xAI Grok) via a single API key. This page explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

1. Information We Collect

  • Account Data: your email address, display name, and account password hash when you register.
  • API Keys: the API keys you generate on our platform (we store them in hashed form).
  • Usage & Billing Data: request logs including model name, request timestamp, token counts, latency, and whether the request succeeded. We record this for quota enforcement, billing, and abuse prevention.
  • Payment Data: payment transactions are processed by our merchant of record, Waffo (https://www.lemonsqueezy.com). We do not store your full credit card number.
  • Cookies: we use cookies and local storage to keep you logged in and remember your preferences.

1.1 AI Request Content

When you send a prompt through our API, the prompt text and any attached files are forwarded to the upstream AI model provider you have selected (for example, OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, or xAI) solely to generate the response you requested.

  • We do not use your prompts or responses to train our own models.
  • Request content is transmitted in real time to the upstream provider and is not retained on our servers beyond what is required for logging errors or abuse investigation (typically 7 days).
  • We implement rate limiting and abuse detection to prevent misuse.
  • You are responsible for the content you send. Do not upload personal data of third parties, confidential information, or content that violates applicable law or the upstream provider's terms of service.

2. How We Use Your Data

  • Provide and operate the API gateway, enforce quotas, and process payments;
  • Send you transaction receipts, security alerts, and support messages;
  • Monitor usage to detect fraud, abuse, or service outages;
  • Improve reliability and routing of the service.

3. Legal Basis (GDPR)

If you are in the EEA, we process your data based on:

  • Performance of the contract you enter into when you purchase credits or a subscription;
  • Our legitimate interest in operating a secure and reliable service;
  • Your consent where applicable;
  • Compliance with legal obligations.

4. Sharing Your Data

We share data only with:

  • Waffo, our merchant of record, for payment and tax processing;
  • The upstream AI model provider you call (your prompt is sent to them to generate a response);
  • Infrastructure providers (hosting, CDN, database) who process data on our behalf;
  • When required by law or valid government request.

5. Data Retention

  • Account data: kept while your account is active.
  • Usage logs: typically 30 days for billing and debugging, then anonymized or deleted.
  • Request content: not stored beyond real-time forwarding; error logs may retain minimal metadata.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, export, or restrict processing of your personal data, and to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at the email below.

7. Security

We use HTTPS in transit, store passwords hashed, and restrict access to production data. No method is 100% secure, but we take reasonable measures.

9. Children's Privacy

The service is not intended for users under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
